15-minute make: Mother’s Day brunch flower vases

DIY mother's day brunch flower vases

Here’s a super-simple DIY idea to make your Mum feel extra special this Mother’s Day. I’ve made one each for Mum and Granny and will pop them in their places on the table for Sunday Brunch.

Homemade vases for mother's day

You will need:

Mustard jars or small jam jars

Dymo machine and tape

Ribbon

A handful of garden flowers for each vase

1 | Wash the jars and remove the labels with hot water and a scouring pad.

2 | Stamp out your message using the Dymo machine. I like to add a double space at the beginning and end of each word so it doesn’t trim too close. Stick onto each jar.

3 | Finish off with a bow and a handful of spring flowers. Lemon squeezy!

Please feel free to add these to Pinterest if you like them. Of course the idea can be easily adapted for any other occasion too… they’d be especially lovely for a Hen Party or Baby Shower and each guest can take their vase home as a souvenir.
